Conversion and customer service

We created a new corporate portal which is simultaneously solid, scalable, and heavily focused on conversion. We signifcantly improved the online transaction processes, mainly influencing the convergent sale of high added value products and service packages tailored to each audience.

On another level, we also had to offer optimal attention and service for clients to resolve the biggest number of incidents possible without having to resort to other contact channels.

Quick response to the changes in the market

We consolidated a brand experience in every environment and type of device by creating their own Design System, which not only guarantees the consistency of the brand in all of its digital applications, but also that it adapts to the business’ growth needs.

In this way, we sped up the marketing team’s capacity to respond to the changing needs of the market by being able to send every type of campaign more quickly without putting the corporate branding’s consistency at risk.

Personalized Training

We trained the Euskal team in two vital areas in order for them to adequately manage the new platform. On the one hand, we gave a training about writing SEO to optimize the relevance of their content to the max. On the other hand, we delievered a training specifc to the managment of the chosen CMS, as well as for the use of custom components created by LIN3S.
