The Proposal

Our work proposal is essentially an ongoing improvement project that will enable Banco Pichincha to have efficient digital assets tailored to different target audiences. It will also allow them to continuously monitor the return on investment of their digital ecosystem, measure their actions, and make business decisions based on data.

Analyzing Users

During the consulting phase, in addition to a competitive analysis, a heuristic usability analysis of the old website is conducted to determine, from a UX perspective, best practices as well as areas for improvement.

At the same time, the behavior of potential users is analyzed through UX research, with the primary goal of identifying their needs and meeting their expectations. To achieve this, we collaborate with an expert partner in this field, Torresburriel Estudio, specialized in developing user-centric design strategies.

Customized Approach

Once the architecture is created, a design system is developed that aligns with Banco Pichincha’s digital identity. This design system offers two significant advantages: firstly, it ensures that Banco Pichincha maintains a consistent and high-quality image across all developments and integrated microsites/landings within the web ecosystem. Secondly, it facilitates the creation of new sections, microsites, and applications, reusing the work done to build the website quickly and efficiently.

A Global Project

Banco Pichincha’s new website marks the culmination of the overall digital project in which LIN3S actively collaborates. This collaboration includes demand generation (SEM, SMM, Email Marketing) as well as a digital analytics project covering the online ecosystem, enabling data-driven business decision-making.
