↓ Read our success storyGrupo Faustino is a family owned company that is currently in its fourth generation. They are a world leader in the creating and exporting high-end wines. They have 6 wineries located in the primary Spanish apellations of origin.
↗ Visit the websiteWe created a single digital marketing strategy and adapted it to each winery’s different characteristics to strengthen the brand and bring it closer to the user. This was done not just to carry out wine tours, but rather to get people to go for Faustino when having to choose a wine.
Acquiring users for wine tourism activities was the main objective for the project. Because of that, we created a content strategy and generated campains to strengthen lead acquisition and qualification. Our understanding of the situation served as a support which helped us to turn our customers into brand ambassadors.
By interpreting digital data, we were able to get to know the users’ behaviour when they would make a reservation in one of the wineries. This in turn gave us valuable inights that helped improve and sharpen the conversion processes.
