The Challenge

The challenge for 2020 was to double end-user sales, acquire new customers, and continue expanding the brand and business internationally, primarily in Great Britain and the Netherlands.

A Global Approach

For the launch of the two new collections and the three promotional periods of this year, search, display, video, and shopping campaigns were set up, and in-market audiences were targeted to acquire new customers.

In the social media realm, conversion and catalog sales campaigns were carried out, targeting different audiences interested in the cycling and sportswear sector, as well as similar and existing audiences, including website visitors and followers.

Internationally, the focus was on building brand consideration aimed at like-minded audiences to gain visibility and remarketing audiences for subsequent conversions.

The Results

Throughout the year, the digital channel became the foundation of the business, increasing its revenue by a factor of 5.5.

The customer base expanded by a factor of 7, opening up new markets. The Netherlands saw the most significant growth in 2020, with a 598% increase in revenue compared to 2019.

In terms of brand expansion, national searches increased by +921%, and international searches increased by +44.87%.
