Transfers to Ecuador without leaving the house

Centered on their objective of the audiences where they are present to facilitate money transfers sent by Equadorians living in Spain to their country of origin, the financial entity launched Pichinchaa Envios, an online service which makes sending money to Ecuador easy.

This in turn made it more complicated for clients to send money to their home countries. Keeping that in mind, we strengthened the product “Pichincha envios”, using the message “without leaving the house” and exclusively carrying out the promotion online as it is the most appropriate channel.
The first thing we did was listen to our users, analyzing their searches to find the largest number of Equadorian people. We achieved 88% impact on our target audience and thus, an exponential increase in the visibility of the product in an environment which previously didn’t exist.
In this way, honing in on audiences and thanks to continuous optimizations in the ads by weighting investments in Google Ads as well as Social Ads, we achieved a spectacular increase in branding, searches, and conversions.
As a result, “Pichincha envíos” became an indispensable tool for people who need to continue to send money with security and comfort along with some increases which we will explain below.
