Towards a New Model of Coexistence

The challenge was to attract a large volume of investments for URA (Urban Resident Apartments), an intelligent building with 180 apartments in Vitoria that offers flexible rentals to a young audience, based on a new model of collaborative living.

The Key: Hyper-Segmentation

The strategy for attracting investors has been based on the creation of a URA landing page to provide information about the promotion and capture high-quality leads.

In addition, campaigns have been defined and developed to reach a hyper-segmented audience interested in real estate investment, thereby driving highly qualified traffic to the landing page (potential investors).

Constant Data Analysis

For 9 months, more than 500 leads have been obtained, a factor that has assisted Kategora in selling nearly all of the apartments in the URA project.

One of the key elements of the project was the reduction of CPL (Cost Per Lead), thanks to ongoing data analysis with the Kategora team, which allowed for refining the target audience of the campaigns and reducing the cost per lead by half in less than 4 months.
